Having worked in both private and public sector organizations, with exposure to listed and unlisted companies, Laxman has built a distinguished career before venturing into his own advisory firm. His extensive experience spans a broad spectrum of industries, including Renewable Energy, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Logistics, IT, Steel, Electronics, Sugar, Textiles, and more.
In addition to his financial expertise, Laxman has now channeled his knowledge into leadership coaching, training on financial literacy, and helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals. As an entrepreneur, Joseph founded Emagine Impact, a consulting firm specializing in ESG strategy implementation, and SustainABuild Infraventures Pvt Ltd. and Greengage Foundation, both focused on sustainability through nature-based solutions.
Academically, Joseph is highly credentialed, with degrees in Development Management, Business Administration, and Social Work. His career has been globally recognized, with numerous awards to his name, including the Nehemiah Award from President Jimmy Carter, the I LOVE BOMBAY Foundation Award, and the Australian Government Award for Best Youth Worker. Dr. Sailesh Gurubhagavatula
Dr. Sailesh Gurubhagavatula is a visionary leader with over 24 years of global experience in mobile telecommunications, ICT innovation, and investment advisory. As the Founder and Director of TeZam Tech in Hyderabad, India, Dr. Gurubhagavatula combines deep technological insight with strategic financial expertise to empower growth-driven, impact-oriented companies across the world.
His journey began in Finland in 1997, where he initially pursued Ph.D. studies in Nuclear Physics. A pivotal encounter with Nokia steered him into the telecom domain, sparking a lifelong mission to transform societies through mobile innovation. Since then, he has actively contributed to the evolution of GSM technology in both Europe and India, and played a critical role in building the global mobile VAS (Value-Added Services) ecosystem.
A member of the original global core team behind HP’s Mobile E-Services Bazaar, he worked alongside mobile tech pioneer Peter Vesterbacka (Founder of SLUSH and Mobile Monday). He has led international trade delegations, conducted workshops with major telecom operators, and opened new markets for Indian ICT firms in Europe, especially Estonia, Finland, and Spain.
Dr. Gurubhagavatula is also a passionate advocate for sustainable innovation. As the fund manager of a major US-based investment corpus at TeZam Tech, he leads high-impact funding in GreenTech, healthcare technology, clean energy, and affordable innovation, particularly in Africa and emerging markets. His efforts are backed by the capability to scale investments from $30 million to over $500 million, depending on the scope and social impact of the project.
Having attended the Mobile World Congress 18 times, his vast global exposure and deep network make him a unique bridge between India and the global technology community. He is committed to using mobile telecom to uplift underprivileged communities and support diaspora-led innovation worldwide.
Aakash Nasarpuri
Aakash Nasarpuri is a technocrat having earned his graduation in Information Science. Thereafter, he practised in the domain of IT services related to website developments, web security and related disciplines before joining Money Power Consultants as a specialist in Trade Finance, IT, Entrepreneurship Development, Strategy and Business Development.
He has more than 12 years of experience in different disciplines and is currently focussed on the Food and Beverages Industry.
